If your child is struggling with something, a school counsellor or your family doctor is a better first call than we are. In the United States, 988 can be called or texted at any time, day or night.
They are old enough to sign up themselves
That date of birth is 18 or over, so no guardian consent is needed. They can create their own account in a couple of minutes.
